This is the analysis by political analyst Prof. Fikile Vilakazi of this weeks by-election in KwaZulu-Natal. The ANC retained two wards in Mandeni and uMkzimkhulu while the DA retained it's ward in Chatsworth, eThekwini. This comes as residents continue to lament a slow pace of service delivery in these areas.
