By Newsbreak Producer Tashlan Naidoo - The Hospital Association of South Africa says the National Council of Provinces (NCOP) acted hastily when voting in favour of the National Health Insurance (NHI) Bill. Several organisations including the South African Medical Association (SAMA) and Business Unity South Africa (BUSA) expressed concern that the bill in its current form isn't clear enough. Some of the concerns revolve around the financing, staffing and infrastructure aspects of the bill.
