By Newsbreak Producer Tashlan Naidoo - Diabetes has for long been a silent killer disease in South Africa, and now a young businessman has stepped forward to curb the scourge through original new technology. 30-year old Lubabalo Mnyaka says he has developed a diabetes management software for government clinics to reduce the cost to the treasury. The software aims to better manage and document all the tests, medication and consultations that people with the disease go-through. In this weeks Techno-Touch, Mnyanka explains how the software will allow heads of departments, doctors and nurses to enforce accountability, prevent or delay the onset of diabetes complications...
