By Newsbreak Producer Matthew Veeran - Global pharmaceutical company "MSD" recently hosted the Deputy Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation Buti Manamela to help officially launch the company's 2023 Graduate Placement and Youth Employment Services (YES) program. YES is a collaborative effort between government, business and labour to address youth unemployment in South Africa. Currently the youth unemployment rate is at 34.5% and counts amongst the highest - if not the highest - in the world.
