The arms deal corruption case against former president, Jacob Zuma and French arms dealer, Thales, is due back in the Pietermaritzburg High Court today. Judge Piet Koen postponed the case earlier this month - to hear Zuma's application for state prosecutor - advocate Billy Downer - to recuse himself. The application - part of Zuma's plea explanation -- has been delayed by Zuma's health condition since August.
