By Newsbreak Producer, Rachel Vadi - This Heritage Day, the Merebank Food For Life branch will be launching their first garuda trailer, which is a trailer equipped with multiple gas burners to aid in mass cooking. Chairmen of the branch, Paul Pillay says they are very excited about the launch as it will allow them to cook from anywhere, anytime and provide relief meals for those in need. He says this will also empower people by making them aware of the process involved in providing a meal.
