By Newsbreak Senior Producer, Taresh Harreeparshad - The State is expected to oppose the application to disclose some of the information that is part of the evidence against Durban businessman Thoshan Panday and former KwaZulu-Natal provincial police commissioner Mmamonnye Ngobeni as well as seven others. The Durban High Court has adjourned the case to the 23rd of October. The case relates to an alleged 47-million-rand Soccer World Cup tender regarding an accommodation for officers.
