By Newsbreak Producer, Shanell Daniel - The National Prosecuting Authority has welcomed the sentencing of brothers - 57-year-old Peter Henderson and 54-year-old Louis Henderson at the Durban Specialised Commercial Crimes Court. The duo were convicted of fraud amounting to about R4.6 million, theft amounting to about R1.6 million, among other charges. They were subsequently sentenced to 15 and 12 years imprisonment respectively. The brothers operated a Durban-based entity called Forex International which accepted deposits from the public, whilst not being registered to do so.
