However, it seems many of the most common strategies used by well-meaning advocates have been shown to be ineffective. Substance abuse isn't just a personal struggle, it weakens the very communities within which it exists. It fuels crime, domestic violence and social problems too. Anti-Drug Activist and member of the National Assembly Dereleen James says the battle against substance abuse now demands communal support...
