This is according to Microsoft Incorporated partner and PHD Academic - Dr Rodger Layton. He is working on a project with the Department of Education to help align pupils in South Africa to international educational and technological standards. Dr. Layton says as technology changes at a rapid pace, it's critical for children to be introduced to the digital world from an early age...
