By Newsbreak Producers, Tashlan Naidoo and Taliesha Naidoo - The parole hearing of convicted murderer Donovan Moodley is being heard at the Johannesburg Correctional Centre today. In 2004, Moodley abducted Leigh Matthews from Bond University in Sandton. He then demanded ransom from her family and after receiving 50-thousand rand from the father, he shot Mathews three times. In 2005, he pleaded guilty to murder, kidnapping and extortion. He was sentenced to life imprisonment for murder, 15 years for kidnapping, and 10 years for extortion.
