02/06/23: Tyler Axness is filling in for Joel Heitkamp, and is joined on "News and Views" by Dr. Jeff McCausland to talk about the Chinese spy balloon that was recently shot down off the Carolina coast. 

Dr. McCausland is a retired colonel from the U.S. Army, and is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point in 1972, and was commissioned in field artillery. He holds both a Masters and Ph.D. from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University. He is a national security consultant for CBS News on television and radio. He’s also appeared on MSNBC, CSPAN, and CNN.
