04/25/22 : David Crothers has passed away, and Joel is joined by Shirley Bloomfield to reminisce on his life. David was the Executive Vice President and General Manager at the Broadband Association of North Dakota, he also had filled in for Joel on the radio and was very involved in the state politically. Shirley is chief executive officer of NTCA–The Rural Broadband Association, and has many great stories from working with David.
