10/15/25: Joel Heitkamp is joined by Dr. Kari Heerman for a conversation on worldwide trade policies. Kari is a senior fellow and director of Trade and Economic Statecraft at the Brookings Institution. Previously, Dr. Heerman was acting chief economist in the Office of the Chief Economist at the U.S. Department of State.

Kari Heerman will present "Geopolitical Implications of Trade Policies" in the Human Progress and Flourishing Workshop on Friday October 17th at 10 AM. This event is free and open to all members of the NDSU community and the public.
