The Salvation Army has kicked off its Red Kettle Campaign for the season, stationing bell ringers outside of Southwest Michigan businesses to collect donations for the organization. 

Tickets are now available for the Michigan Black Summit Gala, to be held in Benton Harbor on February 8. 

The city of Buchanan is moving toward a partnership with the Southwest Michigan Regional Chamber.
