John’s guest today is Jim Mitzelfeld, Senior Counsel to the Investigations Division of the Inspector General’s Office for the United States Department of Justice in Washington, DC. They talk over that office and similar ones in all departments of the United States government. In addition they talk about how he started as an investigating journalist who won the Pulitzer Prize for exposing the crimes in the Michigan House of Representatives Fiscal Agency, and how he turned to law to continue his quest to look for accountability in government.
