The City of Santa Monica and environmental nonprofits say important steps are being taken to reduce ocean pollution at the beach city’s world famous pier. We sent our very own Adolfo Guzman-Lopez  there to try to get to the bottom of the issue. The culprit, as it turns out, is being dropped from up high above.
