Why are Tustin residents gripped by 'Toxic Uncertainty'?

Cleanup began this month in Tustin, where a vintage World War II hanger went up in flames last November. The blaze spewed debris containing asbestos and lead into the community and government officials insist there are no serious health risks. So why are so many residents skeptical? Turns out, there's a name for that feeling.
