Teatro Chicana, a grassroots theater troupe, was created by Felicitas Nuñez, Delia Ravelo, Laura Garcia and dozens of other first generation college students.  Their plays highlighted gender inequality, sexual violence, and more within the farmworker and civil rights movement.
