For almost a year now, the Santa Ana Unified School District and the Orange County School of the Arts have been battling it out over invoices, lawsuits, and the school’s charter. The district approved the charter -- with conditions -- late last year. OCSA objects to the conditions and appealed to the Orange County Board of Education.
