A nonprofit that Orange County officials have sued for allegedly using public funds for private home purchases received $1 million from the county to build a Vietnam War memorial in Fountain Valley. We showed builders and architects photos and public records and asked them what they thought of the half-finished war memorial mixed up in a fraud lawsuit.
