Before he became an Orange County Superior Court Judge, Ebrahim Baytieh was fired as a prosecutor by District Attorney Todd Spitzer for allegedly cheating to win convictions. And he has been accused of lying under oath. So why did an O.C. nonprofit that teaches youth about constitutional rights has awarded Baytieh “Judge of the Year"? Jill Replogle explains.
