Catch the train and some art. LA Metro serves up public art exhibits at its downtown station

View descriptionShare

If you’re taking the Metro to big arts and culture destinations downtown -- think the Broad, MOCA, or the Walt Disney Concert Hall -- Grand Avenue / Bunker Hill is probably the stop you’re getting off at.

And in the spirit of being a culture hub, that Metro station has a couple public art exhibits of its own, including newer art that’s gone up since the station was built.

LAist's Weekend Edition host Josie Huang talks to producer Kevin Tidmarsh – a regular Metro rider – about the installations.
