Bill In Sacramento Would Give State ID To Undocumented Who Don't Drive

For several years, undocumented Californians have been legally able to get a driver's license, which doubles as a critical piece of ID. Backers of the new bill say the state should issue ID to elderly, disabled and other undocumented people who for one reason or another don't have a driver's license.
