It’s been one year since the land movement in Rancho Palos Verdes knocked out internet service for some residents in the Portuguese Bend neighborhood. According to city officials, about 146 customers have been left to navigate a “digital desert” with few or no options for internet service. LAist's Destiny Torres spoke to them.
