I know in today's day and age unbiased journalists are rare, but I am here to tell you they exist because I have found one. Her name is Alyssa Ivanson. Alyssa is the evening anchor for Fort Wayne’s number one television station, WANE 15. She has done it all, anchoring, producing, reporting, etc. She has won numerous awards and been nominated for countless others. Alyssa is steadfast in her belief that it is not her job to give her opinions while reporting on the air or online. 

Today she is here telling us how she maintains unbiased reporting even during coverage of some of the most divisive topics. Even the ones that blur that lines between being a mama and an anchor.
