Right now at St. Roch Market food court (2381 St. Claude Ave.), there is a sandwich booth that is gaining a lot of attention for their delicious Tuscan style sandwiches: fresh peaches, prosciutto and burrata...soppressata, provolone picante and tomatoes, just to name a couple. All sandwiches are made on fresh baked daily schiacciata bread, focaccia's chewier cousin. They have some of the freshest, most delicious salads, including a version of the famous La Scala salad! Lisa and Jack Greenleaf are the owners and purveyors of LUNCH sandwich shop and were so fun to interview!
