Our star for this week is making her second appearance on Wet Nose Wednesday. Suzie has been at Sangamon County Animal Control and Adoption Center since August 29th when she was surrendered by her owner. This beautiful dog has been waiting eight months to find her forever family!

Suzie is approximately 3 years old. She’s a gorgeous German Shorthair Pointer/Dalmation mix. Suzie is also a very good girl. She’s a joy to walk, calm and easy going. If you want to stop and talk with other people while walking Suzie she’s happy to wait patiently. We have been told that Suzie can jump a fence and will probably do best in a home with bigger kids. 

Eight months is a long time to live in a kennel but Suzie has remained a good girl. Please consider coming out to meet her and make her a part of your family. Suzie and all the other wonderful adoptable dogs are waiting to meet you Monday-Friday 10:30-4:15 and Saturday 9:00-12:45.
