Our Wet Nose Wednesday star for this week is a happy little land hippo who is looking for his forever home.

Silk is a four year old American Bulldog who has been at Sangamon County Animal Control and Adoption Center since February 22nd. This boy is so much fun! He’s pretty easy to walk on a leash and after walking for a while he likes to plop down in the grass and lay in the sun or do a frog crawl across the grass. Whatever he’s doing he has a big smile on his face. Silk loves spending time outside with his volunteer friends.
