Our Wet Nose Wednesday star for this week is another beautiful dog who has been waiting way too long to be adopted into a loving family. Rosie has been at Sangamon County Animal Control and Adoption Center since 10/26 when she was brought in as a police confiscation.

Rosie is a four year old lab/pit mix. This girl just loves to play ball. If she doesn’t have a friend to play fetch she’ll throw the ball in the air to herself. Rosie takes treats gently, loves to give gentle kisses and craves attention from anyone who will give it to her.

Eight months is such a long time for a a sweet, active dog to sit in a kennel day after day. Will you please consider making Rosie your new best friend? She’s waiting to meet you Monday-Friday 10:30-4:15 and Saturday 9:00-12:45. Come on out to meet her!
