We all know that time flies when we’re having fun. Unfortunately time doesn’t fly for the dogs who have been waiting months in their kennels at Sangamon County Animal Control and Adoption Center to meet their new families. Our Wet Nose Wednesday star for this week has been waiting since January 16th when she came in as a stray.

Meet Rayn! This girl is a volunteer favorite. Rayn is gentle and sweet, calm and good natured. She’s a happy girl who loves her walks and play time and snuggling with her volunteer friends. Rayn walks nicely on a leash. Just take a look at her adorable face! 

Rayn and all of the other wonderful adoptable pets are waiting to meet you Monday-Friday 10:30-4:15 and Saturday 9:00-12:45. Please come on out and meet your new best friend.
