Our Wet Nose Wednesday star for this week is a definite winner!

Mahomes is an adorable pit mix boy, just a little over a year old. He’s been at Sangamon County Animal Control and Adoption Center since the beginning of February when he came in as a stray. Mahomes is a good boy, easy to walk on a leash. He loves his time outside with the volunteers playing and spending time exploring. Mahomes has been to a few off-site adoptions and he was well mannered and friendly to everyone he met. This handsome guy is going to be a great companion for his person. Could you be his person? Come on out and meet him and find out!

The kennels at Sangamon County Animal Control and Adoption Center are still totally full. The dogs need help from the entire community. Are you considering adding a new member to your family? Hours are Monday-Friday 10:30-4:15 and Saturday 9:00-12:45.
