Meet Maggie our Wet Nose Wednesday star for this week!

Maggie is a wonderful girl who may get overlooked by adopters because she’s eight years old. Many people are reluctant to adopt an older dog but Maggie is worth meeting. She’s an Australian Cattle Dog who has just the right amount of energy. She’s a pleasure to walk on a leash and she loves time out in the play yard. She’s friendly with all people she meets and always has a happy smile on her face. This good girl will be a wonderful companion for walks in the park or hanging out in the backyard.

The kennels at Sangamon County Animal Control and Adoption Center are filled with great dogs waiting to meet you. Come on out and see them Monday-Friday 10:30-4:15 and Saturday 9:00-12:45.
