Koda is a one year old Australian Shepherd mix girl who came to Sangamon County Animal Control and Adoption Center as a stray on November 22nd. This beautiful girl walks nicely on a leash and loves to give and receive affection. It’s obvious she’s had some training. She takes treats gently and knows the sit and shake commands. Koda is looking for a new loving family so she can begin a new life in the new year.

The kennels at SCACAC are completely full of wonderful dogs looking for new loving homes. If you’re looking for a new best friend now is the time. THE ADOPTION FEE ON ALL DOGS HAS BEEN REDUCED TO $25 THRU 12/31! Not ready to adopt? Ask about fostering. Come on in Monday-Friday 10:30-4:15 and Saturday 9:00-1:00.
