Our Wet Nose Wednesday star for this week is a special boy with special needs.

Earl is a handsome 1 year old who was brought to Sangamon County Animal Control and Adoption Center on April 24 as a confiscation. He has adorable gray ears and freckles and he loves to play and he walks nicely on a leash. When he’s outside taking his walks he’s friendly to people and other dogs.

Earl is extra special because he’s deaf. He’s a smart boy and he’ll be good at learning hand signs. He’ll be a great companion for the person who is willing to put in the time and effort to work with him. Are you the person who can change his life?
