Fall is a great time to get outside with your best friend and enjoy the cool air and beautiful colors. Our Wet Nose Wednesday star would love to get outside with you.

Van is a fun loving boy. He’s a little over a year old and he walks pretty well on a leash and sits nicely. He’s a young dog so he does have energy to burn off but he would really like a nice calm atmosphere so he can love on his person. Van likes to be the center of  attention and he will do best in a home without younger kids. He’s also very handsome. Van is available for foster and adoption.

Our kennels are full of dogs that would love to meet you and see if they could be your new best friend. Please come out to Sangamon County Animal Control and Adoption Center during shelter hours Monday-Friday 10:30-4:15 and Saturday 9:00-1:00. Shelter is located at 2100 Shale St. in Springfield.
