Say hello to Athena, our Wet Nose Wednesday star for this week.

Athena is a very pretty, sweet natured girl. She’s a medium sized dog who walks very nicely on a leash and is attentive to her volunteer friends while she’s outside enjoying the sunshine and fresh air. This good girl was surrendered by her owner and has been waiting a month to meet her new loving family.

Athena is available for adoption, fostering or foster to adopt. If you would like to meet this sweet girl come on out to Sangamon County Animal Control and Adoption Center. Hours are Monday-Friday @0:30-4:15 and Saturday 9:00-1:00.
