Frankie welcomes Maggie Mehall to tell listeners about a fundraiser and donation driving going on for the Saint Joseph's Baby & Children's Pantry in honor of national diaper week. The group aids area families in need with new and gently used clothing, toys and items for young children and infants, and also supplies diapers to low-income households. 

Then Meghan and Michaela join Marcy to talk about the Wyoming Valley Chamber of Commerce and the upcoming Young Professional Awards, which will take place October 6th at PNC field. The awards range in a variety of categories - from volunteers and Cultural ambassadors to STEM and Trailblazer - as a way to help shine a spotlight on local up and coming professionals in their respected fields. 

Finally Frankie learns about a special Foster grandparent program from Telespond Senior Services Colleen Garrison. The program provides opportunities to low income individuals over the age of 55 to provide care and attention to at-risk children in educational and social settings
