A Part of the NEPA's Children's First Initiative, the Drive Kicks off October 1st, where the group will be accepting new and gently used coats from 7am to 8pm. They will be broadcasting live from multiple locations and drop off points throughout the day, including their studios on South Franklin St in Wilkes-Barre, Studio in Scranton and in Stroudsburg. (18:59 - 30) - The Forty-Fort Recreation Board is hosting its first annual Fall Fest on October 12th at the Luzerne County Recreation Field from 2-6pm, and board members Tori Carey and Amanda Gallagher stop by to discuss the inaugural event. The rec board was founded in 2022 to help bring various event to life for the community, and raise the quality of life for residents. The Fall fest will feature over 40 vendors, food, games, bands, kids activities and more! There will also be trick or treating...so kids come in costume!
