(00-12:47) The Youth Enrichment Project is preparing for its Holiday Gift Bingo, coming up on November 10th at the Wyoming Hose Co. #2 at noon. Y.E.P. co-founders Nate and Kelly Kenney join Marcy to catch up on what the nonprofit's been up to since their summer community pool party and how they have helped families get their children involved in activities across NEPA. Proceeds from the bingo will assist in their mission of helping children explore extracurricular activities and supply needed equipment. The Y.E.P will also bring back their resource fair this winter, and will be collecting hats, mittens, scarves and more! Doors open at 11am for the bingo, games start at noon. (12:48-25:33) Luzerne County Heads Start has been a vital organization for furthering childhood development and education in the area for decades, and the group had just been awarded a major grant to further develop their Early Head Start Home Visiting Program. Executive Director Lynn Evans Biga and Brooke Williams, Community Advocate,  says the grant will allow Head Start to help an additional 50 children and their families in Wilkes-Barre, Edwardsville and Exeter's programs, as well as hire 5 additional Family Educators. The post is home to thousands of historic military items and was started by Roger Allman. Post Commander Steven Miller believes it may be the largest collection in the state and can be an educational source for all. The duo are determined to continue to find and show pieces, especially ones that show the importance that Northumberland service members had in the military and America's history.

(20:10 - 30) Marcy reminds listeners about the 79th annual Wyoming Valley Veterans Day Parade taking place today at 2pm. The route begins on Market Street in Kingston, moving down Market Street before concluding at Public Square in Wilkes-Barre.
