The Creating Value Podlet Series was continued with recordings at Sound West Sydney in August 2022, hosted in Parramatta by Dylan Alcott. Featuring a wide range of guests, topics range from the importance of Western Sydney to maintaining mental health and how everyone creates value.

NEC talks about creating value - creating friendships, creating joy, creating intelligence; it's all about creation. To showcase this, NEC has recorded a series of Mini-Podcasts, dubbed 'Podlets', to share people's experiences with creating value with everyone.

Back in April 2018, Dylan Alcott AO, launched Ability Fest. Designed to be a fully inclusive music festival for the disability and able community, this music festival was set designed and set up like no other. Around 5,000 people attended, purpose built raised stages gave everyone the opportunity to see and groove out to their favourite live artist.

Despite the challenges faced though the COVID 19 pandemic, 2022 saw the another incredible Ability Fest take place in the heart of Melbourne at Alexandra Gardens, raising funds for Dylan Alcott Foundation and awareness for the disability sector. NEC set up a ‘Podlet’ area, capturing Mini-Podcasts with a range of talent who performed and supported during the festival.
