We missed you last week. It has been a minute, darling. Last night I went to see Operation Mincemeat, which is a British musical I know that's just opened on Broadway. It is so bonkers and so zany and so funny and so brilliant. Honestly, Corey, if you're in the mood for almost like a Faulty Towers Monty Python, Yeah, it's just so ridiculous. I just gave into it. For the first ten minutes I was like, what is going on? And then after like two hours I was sort of touched. It was lowly silly, but it's very emotionally really got to be. If you have a chance to see it, you should upper ration mints me. Thank you, thank you for this needs we needed, we need. I know all these movies, and the movie is so much cheaper. I can see it for free on the TV.

Totally, I'm not paying that for the theater. These ticket prices have got out of control, But I would say that this is worth it. It's really it's really really good. I really loved it. Okay, Okay, let's jump into as show. What time is it? My friends? It is tea Time big story at the top of the show. So Blake Lively has demanded that Justin Baldoni is a lawsuit against her be thrown out, and she actually goes even further, accusing him of breaking the law by suing her. Let me explain. So, Blake Lively is fighting back hard against Justin, officially asking a judge to throw out his lawsuit against her and accusing him of violating the law by even filing it. So, she filed e motion on Thursday, arguing that Justin's defamation lawsuit is a direct response to her accusing him of sexual harassment. She went on to say that Justin only sued me and Ryan and my publicist after I reported the harassment. This is pure retaliation. Now, according to Lively, California law prohibits Justin or anybody else from basing a lawsuit on sexual harassment claims. She alleges he's trying to punish me. Now, I spoke to people who work with Justin, friends of Justin. They said not at all. That she's allowed to file her lawsuits against him, and she's allowed to provide produce the evidence, but he's allowed to do it too, And so he said that he has had serious damage. And they even go on to say that it's not just blame that once the lawsuits dropped against them, her husband Ryan just too. Now his team are saying. Justin's team is saying, you lit a fire and now it's too hot and you're running away.
Yeah, what do you think Listen, I think, if anyone's been paying attention to this, I don't think Blake and Ryan are looking really good in this situation. They look like Hollywood bullies, like elite Hollywood bullies who were sort of picking on someone who has less power. And if you remember, like Blake was getting really panned for her behavior during interviews while she was actually doing the press for that film, and when she started getting panned by the press and people began to talk negatively about her, sounds like she went for a sympathy card by then claiming that she had been so abused on the set. People have accused her of actually using this as an excuse to overcome and sate for the fact that she was getting bad reviews and panned. So he has every right to defend himself against the deformation on the line. So what universe are we in where someone's not going to counter zoo if you accuse them of something so horrible. So I don't know how much water this holds for them. It looks like it's pretty ugly for Ryan and Blake.
Yeah, yeah, we believe women on this show, so we do want to air towards Blake. But at the same time, this has got so ugly and so messy, and I do believe they're both allowed their opinion and let them prove it down. So we are going to find out the truth because there are receipts. Let's remember a lot of this behavior allegedly happened on a movie set where the cats were rolling, So we've got the footage, we've got the videos. He's already released quite a lot of a video that seems to say what she's saying is an exactly accurate And then also to let's remember that Blake has a long history of being quite difficult. I can say that the amount of time I've been doing this over twenty Normally, when there's an opportunity to interview a big celebrity, lots of people in my office on my staff really want to do it, and I almost have to share the wealth around everybody, so everybody gets a fair chance. Whenever I walk into the newsroom Corey and say, who would like to interview Blake? Life not one because she's so mean.
Yeah, seen it. She gets flippant and interview is very overly sarcastic, and yeah, it's just not pleasant. And she and Ryan are really in such positions of power in Hollywood. I don't understand where that's coming from, because they could be very nice.
Actually they could be. Yeah, they could use the power for good. They could. It's shocking here.
It's amazing because I had.
Heard stories about Blake for a long time. I think we all had, if you work in this in this business. But it's amazing to me that we've got to this point. We've got to the point now where this is just so ugly. It's a real lesson in life. Before you go nuclear, think about how this is going to end. There are many things I would like to say and about the just in my personal life. Care think if I do this, if I tell one of our sisters what I think about them, what is going to happen to that family dynamic? What's gonna happen at Christmas dinner? What's gonna happen next time we meet for a wedding? So sometimes sometimes you have to think this through. And this is not going well, which brings us to our whole question of the day. Blake Lively is asking a judge to officially throw out Justin Baldoni's lawsuit against her. So she wants her lawsuit to continue, but Justin's lawsuit against her, no, no, no, she wants that thrown out because she argues it violates the lord that he is even filing it questionable. Is really really well. I was like family Court and drama all roles one. So the ongoing custody battle between Kim Kardashian and Kanye West has taken a dramatic new turn. Now their daughter North reportedly now wants to go live with her dad. So, according to insiders, North has been really vocal about wanting to live with her father. And I mean a lot of I can understand that, Like, you know, we see our dynamic here from the audience perspective, but this is her father and she has a relationship with him, So she wants to go live with her father, and it's creating a really really big rift between she and between her and Kim. And so, you know, she loves her dad and she enjoys the freedom she has when she's with him. A source has told us here at Naughty but Nice, but at Kanye's house, you know, there are very few rules, as you can imagine, because he's sort of off his rocker these days directly, but she feels like, you know, she can just be herself around her dad. And so so Kim has always supported her kids having you know, a relationship with their father because he's important. But she's also concerned about Kanye's behavior because he's so unpredictable. So this is not a normal father daughter dynamic. You know, we just saw recently where now he's under scrutiny for that awful, vicious attack against Chance and jay Z's daughter Blue and it was really nasty. He took the tweet down at this point, but it was awful, and they're they're considering legal actions. That's him, So, I mean, you know her decision. So Kim's decision to abruptly pool North from a recent visit is also controversial because she did that after learning that Andrew Taate was going to be present. Now people might know he's kind of controversial and also an accuse sexual predator. Yes, I would say, yess yeah, it's so messy, but Rob, you know what the reality is. Here's where parenting comes into play. Just Kim thes to just say, you know what, North, when you're eighteen, you can go live with your father.
Case closed. It is that simple, right right right? The hard pot of this And I spoke to my Kardashian sources late last night. They have fifty to fifty custody, so Kim does not have full power here. So Kim would love to be able to say, North, I'm locking the doors and you're staying in this house. Till it's eighteen. Because children don't make the best decisions. And I can imagine that Kanye would be a really really fun not good, but a fun parents. He lets you do whatever you want, and he lets her do She can probably stay up as late as she wants. And she's not aware at her age how controversial he really is, and she does not understand probably what Nazis are or what that means swastikas, And so she's a really vulnerable young lady who does need her mom and dad's protection. She's not going to get it from her dad. So Kim, i'm told, is thinking about heading back to court to get custody, to get because now her daughter will be furious. And that's the hard thing about parenting, isn't it. Sometimes you have to do stuff and it will upset your kids, But in the long run it's going to be much better for her. No parent wants to be disliked by their kids. But I'm told Kim is at that point now where he's pushed her into a corner. Well, she has no choice, she has no choice.
Yeah, Well, you know it's interesting though about her. People can argue her choices lately too, You know she's under scrutiny from taking these photos with the the Elon Musk cybertruck, and that's not a popular opinion now on the public. Either well, either way, this kid is not going to avoid a controversial parent. But Kanye's behavior is disturbing trying to get Foca.
It's absolutely outrageous. It just goes to show you how difficult it is to be the kid of a celebrity. I know somebody who's the grandson of one of the most famous people, maybe in history, a worldwide name. He's messed up. He has a really weird life because wherever he goes, he's introduced as the grandson of and so it's just so difficult. I think about Lisa Marie Presler. She didn't have a chance of this. Presley was her father. I got to tip my hat to Madonna because she's one of the most famous people in the world and she has raised relatively.
Normal, solid children.
Yet that is not that's exactly right, Diana Ross Oh, I feel for Kim here, I really do. And it's easy to make fun of the Kardashians. I get it. We do want the share. We love a good Kardashian giggle. Chuckle. Well, but this time I do feel for her. What do you do when you have when you co parent with somebody who's just out of control? Okay, moving along this story, Oh, Megan mockl You've got to get it together. So Meghan is in another legal blender, and this time heads will roll Megan. So Meghan's furious about another embarrassing trademark mishap. So let me explain what happened the lady's blender is that somebody forgot to sign the official trademark application, so it was rejected. So Megan's trademark has gone back and forth over the name. She couldn't get the name she wanted American. That's a silly name, isn't it. I think it was you or maybe Donnie that came up with the best name. Michael Smarkle. I love that note. Well she's ended up with as Ever. I don't get it. I think she's trying to be sex in the City. What's that new sex in the city? Just like that. I think she's trying, which is actually more clever than this. But in any case, she doesn't have the trademark for as Ever because somebody Megan forgot to sign the PaperWorks. They said in the paperwork, it wasn't signed. Anybody that knows. If you've got to the Department of Vehicles, if you've tried to tried to get a driving if you don't fill out the form, if you don't sign the form, it's ejected. You got to sign the form. Megan, this is a blunder. While sources are telling me she's had it like she just at this point is this bad publicity. It does make her look so sloppy, and the whole brand is meant to be so buttoned up and so luxurious and so glamorous, and they can't even feel they can't They got to get it together.
And it's so weird too because at the end of the day, this is a team she assembled, right, So it was like an HR rep. Who's hired the staff? So who's who's to blame? You know, who did you hire?
So she didn't inherit them right, She put it together.
Put this together. So it's a little reflective of her as a CEO quite honestly, So she really needs to get it together. But I was in that case once too, where I forgot to sign a trademark before a company I was working with after like months of like months of coming up with the name, We're about to launch and someone says, wait, do we own this? And I was like, oops, yep, so it could happen.
It happened, but it has happened a few times here they could get it together, okay quickly before we get a break. Chrissy Teagan's worst nightmare has come true. What's going on?
Yeah, this was a bad story when it happened because people might might remember a Courtney start and she was like this had a very peculiar sol media star at the time. But you know, she had this controversy where apparently Christy Teagan was bullying her online and she called her out for it. So you know, Chrissy apologized sort of ish and then disappeared from the Spotlight for a while. But now I guess she's trying to kind of get back in the spotlight and Courtney's like, not so fast, honey. So you know, she thought she could quietly get back into the Spotlight, but Courtney is like, no, I'm not going to let that happen. Because in a gut wrenching new interview, Stdden, who is now thirty years old, no longer the teenager that Chrissy actually bullied. She reveals how relentless that bullying was and how it really pushed her to the brink. She said, I did actually almost succeed at committing suicide because of it, And now she goes by the pronoun they of course, so I need to I want to make sure I address her properly. So I apologize for that, Courtney, if you're listening. So, but they said that they almost committed suicide in a letter that was written. So the emotional moment forced start In to pause in the interview, and she was they were visit shaken, recalling it as the darkest period of their life. And so now she knows. I'm sorry about the pronoun thing. You know, it's just got.
To get it comes from a good place in your heart.
I'm sure they are saying it was from alcohol or whatever. But at the end of the day, Starting is saying that she just that they think that Chrissy is just a bully.
The bully and it was just too much for a teenager to it was a teenager. What Chrissy did was was outrageous and we've seen some of the d ms really basically saying you.
Should kill yourself.
She literally, yeah, just is awful. I don't know how Christy gets past this. And I think Chrissy thought if she just disappeared for six months, it would blow over, yeah, and then just pop back up. It weren't because Courtney is not going to let this go maybe right rightfully. So the only way that this is fixed this for Chrissy to call Yeah, and she's got to call Courtney. So she publicly apologized, but she never reached out to Yeah, yeah, Chris, Chris needs to reach out. And I don't know if you ever fixed this. I don't know. Now, this is part of Chris's platform, of her life. This is who she is. She she did this.
I think it can be fixed if if Chrissy does the work as we always say, do the work court and then she actually does something to her She's got her marginalized groups, do the valance and then invite Courtney and then maybe go out together anti bully.
Start an initiative about bullying people, do something, do something real. But yeah, just popping back up on TV with a cooking segment not a good look. Okay, can you believe it? Wendy was so messed up she couldn't continue with the show. So Wendy's not happy with Sherry. Although whenever I see Wendy and she brings up Sherry, I'm like, it wasn't her fault. She offered this amazing kid. She's actually been quite gracious about it. But she's not really rushing in now to defend her. A question was quite simple, should Sherry help? Seventy five percent said yes she should. Yeah, she should say something I would say on my show if I had the power of a daily show, I'd say, Wendy's in the news and This is a very tricky subject for me because this was Wendy Show. Just acknowledged the truth and free Wendy and I support you, Wendy, and we love you Wendy. And she's not saying anything. Don't hide away. Sometimes when you say nothing, it's worse than actually saying something. You don't have to be Sherry Shepherd or Wendy Williams for this to apply to you. Yeah, it is really sweet. So I even felt not compelled to sing on that one because it's asked to do something more somber so Dolly Parton. Of course, we know she loft her husband, Karl Deane, who was quite a handsome gentleman. Very she kind of had him hiding the way from the world. But when I saw him, he wow.
He didn't like need attention. He did not like publicity.
Yeah, but he was a good looking man. But Dolly Parton is opening up about her life after the passing of her beloved Karl, and you know, she says that I'm doing better than I thought I would. She's seventy nine years old and she's been with him. She had been with him for sixty years.
Sixty years.
So she says, I'm going to have to relearn some things that we've done, but I'll keep him close always now despite the heartbreak, she says that she has no plans to ever walk down the hole again because he was her one great love and she can't see herself marrying again. That chapter of life is closed.

I was thinking about that with Joe recently, and I thought, my god, if something happened like you know, I don't, I probably have to enter like the it or something like this is my great love. I don't know what I would do after this.
What you'll do is you'll come and live with me and delay like the Golden girl. Well, I have to think about this too, by husband, who are you? I have to think of this too. My husband's older than I am, so the chances are that I will be by myself at some point and I don't think I'll remarry, but I do think I'll get all the friends together by a cute little house somewhere. I have a cheesecake. It will be with friends, Dahlia, you are nicest of the day, a class actor. Now I noticed the day naughteen, naughteen, naughty, naughty. It's these online troubles who are going after Justin Timberlake because he has grown older. Shock, we all are so the singer. He's currently on tour and he was spotted with some gray hair. He had a salt and pepper bead which I thought looked really really really nice. Well, people are saying he looked awful and where's the sexy? I know when they said really cruel things about him. Let me remind everybody, aging is not a cry. It's not a crying. So let's stop asking a man who's over forty to look like they did when they are twenty five. Let's stop asking women who are any age to stop looking like they are fifteen. It's just ridiculous. We all age, and instead of being mean, let's be nice. Okay, let's end with a moment rung. Feelings aren't a choice, but your actions are. You can't always control your emotions fear, doubt, frustration, they will always happen. But what you can control is how you respond. Your feelings don't have to dictate your actions. You can be scared, but you can still take a leap. You can feel unmotivated, but you can still show up. You can feel uncertain, but you can still move forward. Success isn't always about feeling good. It's about choosing to take action anyway, because in the end, it is not your emotions that shape your life. It's what you do. Move forward.
