The narrative around DEI has shifted in Hollywood. We have white ladies (Sarah Paulson) saying that they’re not being given the same opportunities handed to their Black male counterparts (Sterling Brown & Courtney Vance). NO Black actors won at the Emmys despite multiple nominations.
Mike Tomlin, one of the few Black NFL coaches, has some words of wisdom for how to refocus our DEI efforts.
