Not every Memphis Democrat is created equal. Rep. Antonio Parkinson reminded us of that during an interview where he admitted behavioral differences can't be ignored and that "fen fens" are safer now than they were last year because of the Memphis Safe Task Force. Don't worry, we'll fill you in on the term "fen fen", we didn't know either.
