A Presidential address to the nation is scheduled for Wednesday night, and the speculations, rumors, and buzz indicated that Trump will announce war against Venezuela. This follows weeks of drug boat strikes, Maduro dancing for peace, and Trump accusing them of stealing U.S. oil.
