Look, I mean it does come down to people and the values and behavior that you want demonstrated, and ability to understand and be able to read in people if they've got what it is you think you need to be successful. So I think part of it is too, and this is a cross players and staff is everybody knows their role and everybody's accountable for their role. And you know, we have a process of educating, re educating if we need to, and then taking action if we realize people are just not going to play into the way we want to be and some people say that's just not accepting difference. We want everybody to be treated fairly and everybody to work together. As you know, Sean, every team needs everybody knowing what their job is and to work together. And that's how we run the whacker.
