Saint Tukaram is one of the most revered saints of Maharashtra. His poetic Compositions called "Abhang" have been guiding his followers through difficult times... even after four centuries of their composition because they are eternal..

"Jyacha Tyacha Vithoba" written by Anand Vinayak Jategaonkar was performed as a dramatic narrative by Sadashiv Amarapurkar in 2005 to bring to the Audience the contemporary relevance of Tukarams Principles and Abhangas.

"ज्याचा त्याचा विठोबा" हा  तुकारामाच्या अभंगांवार आधारित दीर्घ निबंध लिहिला आहे आनंद विनायक जातेगावकर यांनी आणि त्याचं नाट्य सादरीकरण २००५ साली सदाशिव अमरापूरकर यांनी केले.. त्यातून तुकारामाच्या अभंगातून मिळणाऱ्या जीवन मूल्यांना प्रेक्षकांपर्यंत पोचवण्याचा त्यांचा हेतू होता.. हा जतन करून ठेवलेला ठेवा "नाट्य पंढरी " या नवीन कार्यक्रमातील पहिले नाट्य म्हणून श्रोत्यांकरिता ईपी. लॉग मीडिया घेऊन आले आहे.
