When this happened for Reshma, she turned to Rasanath Das, who became her monk. Today she talks with Rasanath about what it means to live life with an open heart, her lifelong struggles with rejection, and how to identify – and overcome – your inner fears. Plus, she asks Rasanath for advice for midlifers looking to begin a spiritual practice.
