Music Masla - A Spicy Blend of Music and Life is an exciting Radio 4EB project! Over a period of six months, project staff spent days traipsing around south-east Queensland, discovering not just the music, but the passions and lifestyles of 11 culturally diverse artists.

SBS featured multi-instrumentalist Matt Hsu’s Obscure Orchestra plays over 30 instruments collected from around the world. His offbeat musical sensibilities are influenced by eclectic experiences growing up in the gray areas in between different cultures. For ‘Runes dans le Sable’ a spontaneous composition improvised at 4EB, Matt enlisted the talents of French singer Lucie Pegna.
