A Pilot Left WHAT Behind?!

Moyra heard a story about a pilot that left something rather important behind and had to turn the WHOLE plane around (including passengers) to go back and get "it".

So I heard this story this morning about a pilot United Airlines leaving Los Angeles and flying to China.

It was a big one. It was a seven eight to seven worrying from LA.

They had to turn around over the weekend because it was discovered that one of the pilots had taken off without his passport. So they left LAX at two o'clock on Saturday. They had two hunred and fifty seven passengers on board, thirteen crew as well, headed northwest over the Pacific Ocean down for Shanghai. About two hours later, the plane turned around, headed to San Francisco, landed about five pm, and because he didn't have his passport, they had to change the entire crew to find the crew, changed the entire crew, and they.

Said that there was technical problems. The crew technical problems.

And what they had to do was then put everyone back on the plane and then send them across.

Because he forgot his passport.

Couldn't he just fly the plane, touchdown, to stay in the plane, to get out and then fly back.

No, because he's technically.

Yeah, but they're not allowed to work again without enough of a gap, so you can't stay on the plane.

I'll get off of it, like that movie you saw with the island and the plane and stuff where they camped down on the What was that movie that you watched for streamers digest?

It was really really bad. I actually watched it as well. Probably most things things.

Oh I thought he'd be able to that's just suck. So yeah, well, yeah, we're traveling. There was a few of us, probably five of us from here, and we were heading to Melbourne and was a boy strip. We all met here and then we got in the car like a cab to drive to the airport and Brisbane Airport. Halfway down the track, well not a half half an hour down the track. My mate said, I forgot my wallet. It's on the bench at your house. And we went. Of course she did, of course she did. We nearly got him to get out and go back and then just meet us there, but we had to turn the cab around. Oh my god, did he when we got there. Wow, lucky. We left a lot of time before we got there. But it's just that because we're all on that mood. And then he was just turn.

When do you reckon? He realized? Do you reckon?

He realized at that moment or was he gearing himself up to say it.

He was giving himself up, when's the next exit and looking at his finger. Okay, this makes me a good pars.

Now I'm I'm gonna have to say it. Now, come on.

You like a bit all right.

We want to know what was the worst thing that you had to go back for.

Eli was one of them. We left him on a table. He was a newborn, like he was fairly fresh.

At a restaurant.

No, no, at home?

Cool?

Yeah, because we got there and he was asleep, so he was in the basinet and we put him on the table because we got home and then we had to go and pick up Jackson, and we just kind of left like, oh, that's right, we just had another child.

Why is everything hurting? Oh that's right. That was necessarean, and then went back put him back in the car.

I wouldn't remember a thing until you brought it up.

Now, anybody love you? They give him up the camera? What did you leave behind?

Well it wasn't me, Actually it was my sister in law. She was she'd been grocery shopping with three toddlers under six, and yes, so she had groceries to put in the car. Three toddlers to put in the car and you know what that can be, like arms and legs and tights and screaming, carrying on. And she was leaving the car park her phone rang and oh that's right, she'd had a newborn baby that she left in.

The car park, car park in the carrier.

And her friend rang and said, luck he lived. They lived in a small country town. And she's like, I think you left something behind. Oh at least she got the meat in the boot and the ice cream and every.

Yeah, nothing else, Yeah, totally very very important.

Other little kidney Kathy from bimber Mar, What did you leave behind my newborn?

Are you welcome to the club boo? Dear my newborn, welcome to the club Boo?

Habby Michirst Hobby and I. We went to buy our lawn mower because we didn't know yes and we want. We chundled into, still very proud of ourselves, buying this beautiful new lawn mower, left.

The child next to the cash register, looked at our amazing lawn mower.

And thought the something.

Mobile par.

The shop. Had to call up on our house phone.

They excuse me, but I think he left something behind.

Yeah, and he's thirty six, almost thirty six now.

The people going back, yeah, of course, yeah.

I mean it was only like three hours and you'd mowed the lawns whatever.

The people at the lawnmower shop, it went, are you you here? What do you do?

You can't buy Lord even done your induction, you can walk?

Oh my god, Laura from Narranga, what did you leave behind?

My father left my little sister behind at a DVD shop multiple.

Times, multiple times.

Yes, back back in the day when you actually could go and hire out dv Yeah, we used to go there quite a lot, so we had a membership. Safe to say, my little sister was very, very used to standing at the sliding doors, tapping her arms cross very cranky, little.

Four year old.

Thanks Dad, you left me again.

Oh my gosh, what the hell was he just so excited about, you know, the weapon.

Lady James Spader movie.

Happy to stay.

I would have been stoked what you said? Numerous times They're like, what is going on?

Yeah, it was good. They had our phone number.

Yeah, she had her own little room there as well.

She did have a little area she'd sit down in all the little where you hire out the games and she go through and kick them out. So well, when dad came back, it's like, here's my pile, yeah.

And my child.

Yeah.
